What is Standard Delivery?
Our standard delivery is a regular shipping service that does not include shipping overnight at expensive rates, or any other special provisions to deliver products fast. We now offer standard delivery after checking the ID if the recipient looks under 25 and getting a signed declaration that they are 18 or over.
Our standard delivery comes with a reasonable shipping time and full tracking so that you and us, both can see when the package has been delivered. It is a cost-effective delivery option.
How long does standard delivery take, and how much does it cost?
Our standard delivery time and fees vary depending on the delivery area (metro/regional/country).

Sourced directly from boutique distributors and importers and depending on their location, delivery times may vary.
These items are only available for delivery and cannot be collected in store.

Set your store, and start selecting your drinks. Add your drinks to cart and checkout.
2. Choose Standard Delivery
Select Standard Delivery during checkout. Complete your order and your drinks will be on their way!
Do I need to sign while receiving standard delivery?
No, you don't need to sign but depending on whether you are a registered user or a guest user, you will have to show your ID to the driver.
For registered users:
- For first-time delivery orders, registered users (over the age of 18) must be present at the delivery address to receive the orders and show their IDs to the drivers.
- For all the other standard delivery orders and standard gift delivery orders, registered users don't have to show their IDs to the drivers and orders can be left unattended.
For guest users:
- For all standard delivery orders and standard gift delivery orders, guest users (over the age of 18) must be present at the delivery address to receive the orders and show their IDs to the drivers.
What happens if I'm not there to receive my standard delivery order?
If you are not there to receive your standard delivery order, it will be taken back to the local depot and carded to arrange redelivery. Sometimes it may come via Australia Post and in which case, it will be taken to your local post office.
